Tsinoy Tinola


Ingredients:
1 kilo wholechicken, cut into parts
3 tbsp. GoldenFiesta Corn Oil
1 pc. Onions,sliced
3 slices ginger
5 cloves garlic,crushed
2 pcs. Onionleek stalks, sliced
1/4 tsp. fivespice powder
1 pc. Staranise
1 tsp. sesameoil
2 pcs. UFCChicken Broth Cube
8 cups water
1 pc. Unripepapaya, sliced
1 cup dahonng sili
salt & pepper
Procedure:
  1. Saute onions, garlic and ginger in Golden Fiesta CornOil.
  2. Bring all ingredients to a simmer except for sayote anddahon ng sili.
Add sayote when chicken is cooked. Add dahon ng sili and simmer for 5minutes. Adjust seasoning.
